i got this recently for my inspiron 1150. It does a good job of cooling it down a bit. Before i was running at 50 C on batteries and 56C with the AC adaptor plugged in. Now i am running at 43C on batteries and 50C with the AC adaptor...

i want to know to how to control the fan if this is possible i am using acpi and my current temp using acpi -V is 52 C is it too much for a laptop?
