  Cant change the refresh rate defaults to 70Hz in the notebook external monitor settings.

OK Think i've spotted something.. The refresh rate is showing 70Hz for the monitor BUT it should be 60Hz Also when I connected to my TV the same thing showed it as 70hz.   I cant seem to change that setting in the notebook...
