where r u getting that the 4760 can only support 16 bit color depth? i'm pretty sure that its capable of 32 bit true color...well its actually 24 bit...but it looks almost the same.

u don't need to reinstall windows after a bios flash. just remember to put all the settings back to the way they were before u flashed it. u may have confused it with turning hyperthreading on and off...which would need reinstallation...
