Its like not loud but very high pitched electical humming/buzzing i usally dont hear it because of the noise around here and stuff but its there now that i noticed it. The second the lcd gets shut off it goes away so it has to be it....

on my 9200 i clocked my 128 9700 to 618/303 and it ran good at 33-5C got +1000 3dmarks from the stock config and ran it on a lopp for 48 hours no lockups or atrifacts ect pretty fun to overclock... then i ripped out the card to examine...
