i love my dv1040us. speakers are very nice, the best i've ever heard in any laptop. very loud also. i haven't found one bad thing about this laptop. what more is there to say?

well i have a 1040us, and i assume i have bluetooth. i've never used it though, but i have an icon "my bluetooth places" and i have bluetooth in control panel.

thanks for the help. if anything else crosses your mind on what i can try, let me know. i was trying to do a bios update last night, but couldn't get it to work. it seems that it might solve the problem

nice review. but those pics don't work. could you post how you have it set up? also, what kind of tv do you have the mini hooked up to? how is the quality on the tv?
