I would definitely look and see if there are any issues with SP2 and this version of Cyberlink. SP2 was not very friendly to me, so I am sticking with SP1 for awhile. ^_^_^

I agree with smilepak, the dual core will probably use a different socket. I'm sure you will have some headroom for a processor update, but what you have now should definitely kick arse. ^_^_^
