OMG I clean my a lot more often than that mine actually never look like that. I clean-em about once a month. In fact I just cleaned the inside today and I actually didn't see any dust. I just use some compressed air and doing it once...

600Mhz is the lowest it will clock down. If something is reporting lower than that they are incorrect. Windows usually reports incorrect speeds, however I have never seen this happen in SpeedSwithchXP.
