At first guess I'd say it's your power supply, as the 6600gt in agp is a bit of a hog...try using a different connector, and if that doesn't work, then I'd say you should bump up to a 450 or even 500 watt supply...
btw, there is no "flashing orange" level, unless your name is Luke or Shaun, just a heads up...

well, for starters it should be in the ibm section...
in agp, your best bet is probably a 6600GT or the 6800GT (if it's still available)
this article may be of some help... http://www.tomshardware.com/2005/12/02/vga_charts_viii/
to be serious, you only need about 2 gigs of ram at the most right now for games, so two 1 gig sticks should do you fine...a top of the line do-it-yourself computer with a very good display should run about $3000...
I agree completely with the snake sleuth, the thunderously loud decepticon, and the samurai... (go with the new pc)
I can't think of any off the top of my head, you might want to try a search at download.com for software that has a free trial period though (although the functions may be limited).
ugh zfb, those requirements are going to be hard to meet... here's my suggestion, unfortunately no memory card, but has a lot of space (2 gig) and offers great run time off a single AA battery... ...
