I am looking at getting the 9750, and have been curious to what operating system to get. I hear that xp home doesnt utilize the dual core, is that correct? Does xp professional, or would xp 64 bit be better and use the 64bit extension...

Can someone explain why or how a Pentium M CPU(which has lower clock speeds) would be a better performer over a Pentium 4 CPU (which has higher clock speeds)?? I have heard it elsewhere, and just want to know. Thanks
