Maybe they improved over the last year, but when I had to send my P25 off to service Feb '04 it took them 1.5 months to get it back to me with the wrong hard drive. It then took another 2 weeks to get it back with the correct hard...
I use the Imation and Sony DVD-R media without issue with mine. Haven't been able to get any DVD-RW media to work with anything other than non-media type files (eg no avi, mpg, mp-3, etc) yet. Guess thats just the way things go.

I use the Targus Sport Deluxe for my 607 and have taken it on several flights without issue. About the only hard thing is using the laptop in a coach seat on a flight that is full.
