i contacted sager...told them about everything i tried....(basically shut every door on them trying to troubleshoot, or not give me an RMA..) I tried different cables, different ports/hubs/routers...nothing...no lights, no...

keep in mind how long you have till your warrantee is up..you definitely want to get this fixed while its still free...

if i had to take a guess..hypersonic probably just still has a few laying around....as far as being a good reseller..i've heard hypersonic is great, has great customer service, just like PCT, however, they are VERY slow to get your order...

if you want to at least start with a simple software troubleshooting...just do yourself a favor and head over to lavasoft and download adaware, it's free...and scan your system for spyware...shouldnt take you more than 15 minutes...

i have yet to see the webcam feature in AIM in action..it looks like it's not very intuitive to get it to work....every time it looks like i'm starting the webcam, it just opens up an AD to buy one from logitech! I think yahoo...

Hey all..just thought I'd let you all know... PCT has my allegiance, but since they no longer offer the 5690, and a lot of people have said they were upset over it..... It appears they are still selling it at hypersonic....who knows...
