I called Dell once to complain about this, the guy told me the US Dell and the Canadian Dell were 2 different companys. What a load of hooey! Apperantly the real reason is the US market is so much larger that Dell needs to lower prices...

Are there not some sort of Intel Chipset drivers that need to be installed? Did you try setting the Bios to all default settings?
