You shoul have no problem running the 1.5 Ghz chip @ 2.0 Ghz (my 1.6 does 2.13 Ghz and I can still undervolt it a little). Also, there is no reason why your 1.73 Ghz (533 FSB) chip will not run @ 1.3 Ghz in your old system. Martian
