I am having the same problem with SP2. Since SP2 was installed, I am unable to use WinXP to burn CDs. I have seen messages all over the internet from people with the SD-R6112 drive. Nobody can get an answer from Toshiba. -Mike
I didn't mean that it is a ready-to-install solution. But since it is very small and USB-based, it might be trivial for someone to take it apart.... break it down to its core compent and see if it can be attached to whatever connector...
