I have finally found out what was causing the problem. It is the ATI tray icon.
If the tray icon program is running, then you get the weird keyboard behavior I was describing and a few others on the forum were experiencing.
I took another look at the Logitech website, see link in the "Integrated Bluetooth" thread.
The logitech devices haven't been released yet. Logitech has a 'Notify Me' link to tell you when it is available.

Yup, it's working off the internal bluetooth. I never even plugged in Microsoft's BT adapter. In fact, I'm going to throw that in my desktop PC.

I've downloaded the new Bluetooth drivers provided by Sager today.
The good news:
My Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse work just fine.
The bad news:
Drivers are getting so bloated nowadays. 35MB for this Bluetooth driver. Also, Sager posted a new 60MB ATI video driver for the 8890.
I don't have the time or bandwith to play with that now. It's says that its version 7.93...
