I took the silver pad off the CPU heatsink and just used AS2. Works perfect!

I got this high pitch whining noise and I had no idea wtf is causing it. I reformatted and reinstalled all the drivers and I don't hear this noise anymore.

Hmmm atleast one thing is for sure. The AS2 that I put on the CPU a few days ago is starting to really work it's magic. It's showing 22C idle right now for the CPU with a ambient temp of about 63-64F.

Btw. I am using i9kfangui to log the temps and trust me, it's what I'm seeing in the toolbar and the program.
