you missed the glaringly obvious difference: the "1" versus the "0". aside from that, depending on when the 700m was purchased, the 700m maxed out at 2ghz.
quite a bit of recording time. haven't come close to filling it up, but haven't really tried to fill it up. normally watch and then delete.
