Actually if anyone is going to whine about the lappie being stolen and therefor this is bad for the reseller - they are wrong. It's actually bad for the rest of that reseller's customers who have to shoulder the costs in higher prices...

i have the same problem with my IBM T-40, but it only happens when the mouse moves, and the sound is mostly not audible. Must be something commom among certain pentium-m laptops...
