Definetly the W34, cause of the features and the hardware. You're getting a smaller screen but you're getting the updated hardware. Don't compare platinum w/ gold. Display : 14" Color Shine & Crystal Shine LCD...

upgrade the battery to a 9 or 12 cell. Battery should last a lot longer.

Thats a helluva Wi-Fi card....I've never seen a Wi-Fi & BT combo card...do they exist???
