As far as I see it, Dell has lived up to their warranty by providing you a replacement that is on par or better than the computer they replaced. Just because it's not the one you were hoping for, or not the one others have received...

I agree with MrEvil, since you didn't have the Radeon 9600 PT, I think the replacement you got is on par with what you had.
