It's light as far as 15.4" widescreens go... but it is kind of heavy. It's about 7 pounds, or if you carry a lot of accessories, then figure it will be about 10 pounds all together.

Umm, dude, they're 7200 rpm , not 7500 rpm. And they will be very expensive for a while until the *next big thing* comes out.
