Im starting to feel that I was lied to and that 5.1 doesnt work with the 8890's. I still can't figure out where the TOSLINK cable plugs into, it doesnt fit anywhere. The drivers don't seem to make any kinda difference. Well thanks for yall help.
I dont see where the toslink cable would be plugged in. I have been trying to set up my speakers with analog. but only certain speakers are recognized depending on how i have it setup. Basically its either 2 of the speakers or the center speaker and the subwoofer that get recognized at any order i have the wires in. My sub is always recognized which is good, but I want all my speakers working at the same time.
Hehe ya your right, I am Indian. IN the manual it says i needto use the Y-cable provided to enable the 5.1 surround sound functions, however my laptop didnt come with one. Thanks for the quick response though, I'll check it out.
I have hooked up my Z-680 5.1 Surround Sound speakers to my laptop however it is not working properly. The Subwoofer always works, but only certain speakers work when I have the wires in a certain order. I did just like the manual said and followed the instructions but my speakers do not work. Help?

PS. Make sure that after you download the file and uninstall TV Studio that you run the installer from the "TV_TUNER_HT\TVFLEET\WIN2000_WDM\DISK1" directory rather than the top level installer.
Ive tried to do this, however I get some kinda error message everytime i try to do it.
