I assumed it would be a heat problem so I made sure and blew compressed air into the fan vents like the Sager representative told me when I used to have heating problems. The thing is though, I usually keep my vents clear of all dust so...

Recently, I've been getting two (sometimes more) beeps in which the numlock and capslock key blink in sync with the beeps. They come at random intervals and with nothing else happening to the laptop. Could someone tell me what this means...

My 9860 mic does not work. Well, it does but I have to be 1 cm away from it for it to even hear the slightest of sounds. Any tips? I know they are basically the same laptop models.

That's lame. Especially for a laptop that's only a year old. On an unrelated note. Is there a way to change the front LCD clock to regular time instead of military time?
