I'm also having a problem with the keyboard, but I think that it's totally different. Occassionally the keyboard will "pop" out of place and I need to snap it back down w/the two tabs along the top. Very frustrating.
The card was $99.95 at Discount Technology (http://www.discountechnology.com/networking.htm ). It was relatively painless -- just took me a few tries to get the antenna connected to the card -- my hands are too big.

Airdesks has a decent setup, but it is going to set you back another $179.90 ($159.95 for the unit & $19.95 for the large laptop tray).
