Hi, I noticed there is a video driver update (with MS windows update) for my 700m. I haven't installed it yet as I went to the Dell support to see if it was listed there. Anyway, is there a way to check if there are updated...

Hi jslessley, Just had a look at the Dell "Community Forums" - did a search on "blink" and there are plenty of posts about it but I can't see any answers from Dell support. Dell Forum Chook

Hmmmmmm, so I'm not the only one! :-) http://notebookforums.com/showthread.php?t=67382 I bet a fault like this maybe difficult to track down. It looks like it's on other Dell machines other then the 700m too. Chook

Hi, Anyone notice the screen flash on the 700m. Mine occasionally flashes black for a fraction of a second. Cound it be when the battery is fully charged and it switches to power? Cheers Chook
