Just out of curiosity algirdas, does it only happen when you are on AC power, I only ask this because the card is underclocked when running off the battery and it would let us know if it is merely a stability issue with the card at stock...

On battery I set the mutiplier to 4.5, reaching a modest 900mhz at .8v (the lowest setting allowed). And as an update, I can get about 3hr42min without wireless and no music, and around 3hr17min listening to music and with wireless on....
