That sucks. Feel bad for you Despotes. Here's my Samsung: Picture is a little blurred, but black is black. No light leakage and no dead pixels.

That's a bummer. I just turned off the lights and looked at the same screen on the Samsung X4766 WXGA+ that I got and I'm happy to say there is little to no leakage. Thank goodness.
