I'm having read and write problems with my DW-Q58A. I've flashed to the newest firmware with no success. The drive is installed and recognized, but will not read cd's or dvd's. The drive is new from sony and was just installed.

I can't find a replacement internal DVDRW drive for a customer's PCG-K35! Can anyone help? I can't seem to find this drive ANYWHERE! Email cody@compass-computer.com if you can offer any assistance!
