PCTorque.com. I highly recommend them, they are fantastic!
I'm so excited!! My 9860 just arrived this evening (ordered 12/4). Needless to say, I'm rather happy and now installing drivers, apps, etc... So far, so good! No dead pixels that I can see! More review later...

Ok, I haven't seen anything out there yet (at least that I could find) as far as a list of applications that everyone should install on their laptop (or desktop) once they receive it. This is assuming that you are running a Windows...
Well, order was placed on 12/4 and on Thursday, the order was still processing with Sager. So...I emailed PCTorque on Saturday. Hadn't heard anything back as of this morning so I called them to find out what was going on. They said...
Go through a Reseller. It's actually cheaper to do this. Also, if you were to have a problem with the computer, I've been seeing from people in this forum that the Reseller (PCTorque) is usually very good about helping with this.
