Ok, just sent an email off to Sager but was wondering if anyone here can help or has had the same issue. I went to turn on my 6 week old 5760 which up till now has been running great and got pretty much nothing trying to start it up....

Heya, I just ordered a 5760 from Sager on Tuesday. They called Wed at lunch to let me know it won't be ready until next week as I had gotten the overnight shipping. Was hoping to get it before the weekend but no big deal. Can't wait...

One last update for anyone interested, talked with the Sager support guy back and forth a few times trying various things such as removing the tv card, wireless, etc... and the resource conflict error is now gone however it goes now...

Another update, got a call from Sager support, ran thru the basics which isn't much at this point, he is going to check with a technician and call me back.
