I have J9662 according to my package slip. I was only able to test it for about 5 mintues during lunch. The sparkle is pretty apparent on my screen so I'll be calling dell to get a replacement. I'll have to check manufacturer stuff...
I would think they would have the signature of the person who signed for it. Verification would be easy to see that it wasn't yours.
I had the same issue with some speakers through FedEx except they delivered them to my neighbor...
