is you g turbo card backwards compatible with regular g or b wireless? i believe you can change the card to "mixed mode" so that it can connect to which ever network is available.

have you tried using the ati driver remover utility? follow the instructions the readme provides, and it should clear everything up. then try omega drivers... or you can use mobile modder to mod the .ini files of ati's released...
