I installed my NEC today. I modified the original bezel, and with some contact cement to keep it in place, it looks like an original.
So, what is the speed/performance advantage to get PC3200?
The fastest i can get it at is 2001mhz. I think it's the RAM that might be holdign it back. Raising the voltage only gets me at 1 1/2 hours running at 2100mhz using the prime95 stress test.
I'm now running it at 2.1 ghz. HTT=233. Voltage = 1.45 volts. I'm running prime95, and we'll see how it goes.

I'm keeping my m6805 untill they release dualcore laptops. Unless AMD decides to release a dualcore budget processor for the 754 socket. Then I'll just replace the CPU.
