I couldn't find any on ebay. They have U.FL to other connections, but no U.FL to U.FL.

I need a U.FL to U.FL cable to connect a mini pci wireless card to an internal antenna on a Dell c600. I know this is kind of a long shot, but if anyone has an old/broken laptop that they scrapped for parts, you might have one of these....
