I have a completely different system, but was having a similar issue with TF2. I upgraded to the latest drivers (163.76) that GeForce Tony posted here. Seems to be working good so far.

Looks like the price went up from the $100 I paid few years ago. I still think it's probably worth it, though.

Are you getting a white screen right before it reboots? You probably got a bad 6800 Ultra, If you’re still under warranty have it replaced. If not, look for a 7800 gtx to replace your GPU.
