How do I reset the bios? -- is it that little hole labeled 'reset' on the bottom of the computer? (I've tried that already, as well as the different power ups ) Is there a different way to reset the bios? So if it's not a software...

The problem - The laptop seems to turn on and off three times and then just sits there (on) with the cpu fan running and nothing happening. Nothing going on with the hard drive and no bios screen ever comes on. I can't boot from cd...
