Thanks. One more question though; How much memory can I install in it? 2 x 128MB or 2 x 256MB?

I'm about to add some more memory to my ThinkPad 390X (PII 400MHz), but I don't know which kind. I have a 64MB 66MHz EDO stick from an old Compaq, will it work? Or does the 390X use SDRAM memory? And does it run on a 66MHz or 100MHz...

Surely someone must know, or at least have something that even remotely resembles a clue.

Hi, first time poster in the house. Here goes: Is it possible to put a 64MB PC66 144PIN SODIMM memory module in this laptop, or do i have to stick to EDO memory? Any suggestions are welcome. Would appreciate quick reply's.
