For the past couple of days, when I've gone to start up my 9860, I get past the Bios and Raid screens to the blank screen just before windows starts loading and the computer freezes. At that point, I can't even shut it off by holding...

But the second drive will be covered by the drive manufacturer's warranty, which is often better anyway. My brother had a laptop hard drive die on him after the laptop warranty was finished, but he yanked the drive and got it replaced...

I am a Canadian who bought a Sager, mind you through a reseller, but I have had no problem contacting them. I know that I always answer no to the question about providing a read reciept, so I doubt I'm the only one.

No damage to the power socket that I can see. Checked it with a multimeter and there is power there. Looks like an RMA. D'oh!

I just don't think that there's enough room inside the case. You would essentially have to dismantle the machine and then what would be the point?
