what i meant by my post is when do we get to upgrade our video cards. I wanted the X800 instead of the 6800go. I thought if i bought the laptop before it the x800 was available, i would still be able to buy it and put it in my laptop....

ne one else's area 51m 7700 have a fan that makes a lot of squeaking. kinda sounds like a cricket or something. thinking about having alienware fix it or something, its getting ridiculous to listen to.
I feel ur pain also. I have gone through at least 5 customer service problems with AW. All of them but 1 were solved, and the 1 is still pending. It could just be with mobile system too though because everyone with alienware desktops...
