i also hit phase 12 on friday... they said that they will be shipping it out on time.

i called customer service on friday to find out the status of my laptop, and they told me that its in phase 12 and should ship out monday and i should recieve it the latest being friday. pretty excited about that....

i hit phase 9 this morning.

woke up and checked, and it said i went up to phase 7... i think i should be phase 9 by the end of the week mabe.

the rep told me that they recieved all of the parts yesturday, and they are going to begin building them by the end of the week, which makes no sense because its going to be christmas. i love how they tell people different things.
