^ Are you sure about that? I don't notice that the battery is draining much. In fact I can even hear my HD spin down if I set it to spin down.

It could also be a difference in the way the board reports temps. After my 700m gets hot, few hours, it stays between 53-56C at 6x .7v.

I have 55, and if I discount all the ones I'm optionally running, I'd say I have 35.

Maximum battery mode will give you 600mhz if your minimum multiplier is 6x. Even if the player sets a different power profile, it should not be messing with the actual voltages CHC has for each multiplier.

Maybe you gotta mess with the synaptics settings.
