I got it from Sager a couple years ago. They may or may not have more of them I don't really know. There is a phone number on this site for their tech support people.

Well, you can probably get a faster machine for about $750 US but you won't get that screen. If high resolution is important, get it fixed. If you want to get a new computer and don't care about screen res get a new cheap faster laptop.

I think you select the correct driver from the list, then next. It will tell you if you chose the wrong driver. At least with my install it went that way, after rejecting several tries at downloaded drivers.

If it's not finding your hard drive the controller drivers are not installed. I can't imagine vista letting you get too far into the process without a hard drive showing.

My install was an Ultimate upgrade with clean install. It wouldn't install without controller drivers, which I came to find right on my Sager disc, after searching the web for a couple days.

I used the CD that came with my Sager.
