any of the new tecras have the glossy screen?

anyone know if the u.s. m40 model will be available with higher screen res? also, will there be new 17" models possibly with sonoma?

will they give us higher res on the m40? thats the only thing holding me back.. asus z1v has the same 6600 with higher res but no glossy screen someone PLEASE come out with the right combination of specs

which is the better of these? i saw the new sony A series with the sonoma / x600 and wondering if i should stick with getting a laptop with the 9700 or the x600.
