Ya the mic is junk. I spoke to Alienware about it and they had me reinstall all of the drivers (twice) which did nothing... it's not a software issue it's a hardware issue.

Well I'm cautiously optimistic!!! I look forward to a speedy response and hope that my request does not seem unreasonable considering the circumstances.
