Ok The alienware people sent me the thermal gel, but it didn't work. So I called them and told me that I need to send my system back!!!!

I just called them and the guy said that there's something wrong with my video card and he's giving me a thermal compound for it so hopefully that helps.

I can't beat it. It's WAY TOO HARD for me and my setting is on EASY(It's sad). I'm more of a strategy gamer, but I play halo and half life 2.
