alright i fixed it. a friend walked me through the steps on how to fix it with just the keyboard. I also fixed the mouse wheel.

Alright i posted this in sager general but noone seems to be helping so ill try here. Well at first it was only my mouse wheel that wasnt working. Someone suggested disabling the touchpad and when i did, i think i disabled the mouse...

it is not logitech, just a regular standard mouse, my problem now is that i disabled the mouse and the touchpad. how do i re-enable them without moving the curser? and btw, no drivers came with my inexpensive mouse
