It works perfect now. It was a lot of trouble in the begining, but it works great. It has not crashed once since I fixed it. It's very fast and I love it - now.

Well you can hit the Function Key (Fn) and F8 or F9 to adjust brightness.

Well actually I forgot to tell you- They did find a bad memory card- Nero wouldn't install. So it was put back in line. Found a bad memory card. I know this from the error report sheet shipped with the pc.

Go to my computer, click on BisonCam, USB 2.0 Which is under Scanners and cameras. Then it will show you live. Under camera tasks click take a new picture.
