what is DHL?? but anyways she said she will be sneding a UPS man to come pick up my machine relatively the same day as i receive the new machine...... But Can UPS give me something to prove that i sent it back???

so i was wondering about the complete care warranty..... lets say if i spill something on it and ruins the laptop, would they send you another laptop??? also if they do what if they don't offer that model anymore???

yah i know, past couple days it was like around 30 something not including wind chill... I do hope the lcd screen still works..... as well as everything else.... I called purolator they said that they are going to ship it to me on monday

hehehe yah i am in calgary too, My laptop was shipped out on January 9th,2005 when i tracked it it still said "In transit in US" but on the dell website it said the shipment will be here on Jan 17-19 maybe yours will arrive...
