The real issue here is that my 8890 was returned for a refund. Yes, it had a defective lcd, a lit pixel. Yes, it was within Sagers middle area of refund...

I'm sorry brag, I guess I should just shut up and cancel my order and go buy from another manufacturer instead of posting here what I believe to be a problem with Sager's return/ording policy and procedures.

One final point......for those who would like to believe that maybe Sager didn't know what the problem on the unit was, why it was returned, was this an rma, etc.........
If that's the case, they sure did spend ALOT of time...
