how do you remove the keyboard?

You situation sounds like the exact opposite of mine. Maybe this can be fixed at home.

Am I the only one who's keys in the lower left corner make more noise than all of the other keys?

Depends on what you are doing, like I pointed out in my first post the apple has its benefits but I tend to do alot more technical work on my Sentia with MX Studio, Visual Studio, and Call of Duty. I carry both of the systems with me...
